Associate Product Manager

• Manage the workflow of a cross-functional software development team on the InControl charger management system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software products with corporate objectives.
• Draft clear, actionable Product Requirements Documents and engage with designers and developers.
• Support Sales with product demonstrations and build relationships with prospects and customers.

This role directly contributes to the electrification of transportation by developing software that enables commercial electric vehicle fleet owners to manage charging efficiently, reducing reliance on fossil fuels.

• Bachelor's degree required; specialization in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in product management or project management.
• 2+ years of experience managing remote teams.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
