Associate Product Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Drive FundMiner's product roadmap forward by turning real-world problems into clear, buildable requirements, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, prioritizing backlogs, and ensuring quality shipping
• Work directly with Engineering, Design, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, map workflows, and document product behavior, translating business needs into technical product specs
• Partner day-to-day with engineers and UX designer to align on scope, tradeoffs, and timelines, ensuring software is functional, intuitive, consistent, and polished
• Support collection and synthesis of customer feedback, partner input, and market insights to turn user pain into actionable product improvements

This role helps fundraising organizations like universities, foundations, and nonprofits more effectively measure, maximize, and communicate their impact by digitally transforming fund management and reporting through FundMiner's B2B SaaS platform.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with 1-4 years experience in product, project management, implementation, or SaaS
• Comfortable working closely with engineers and UX to ship software with ability to write clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Strong product instincts and UX intuition with detail-oriented approach to QA features, test edge cases, and ensure solid releases
• Strong communication and organization skills with familiarity with tools like Jira and HubSpot (or similar)

Compensation and benefits:

• Base salary: $60,000 - $80,000
• Remote-first approach with flexible and generous PTO including annual "winter break" from December 24 – January 1
