Mission
What you will drive
- Support project scoping and problem diagnosis through quantitative analysis, interviews, surveys, focus groups, process mapping, and policy reviews.
- Design and implement day-to-day project deliverables such as memos, roadmaps, workplans, and training materials.
- Lead change management and implementation, including meetings, coaching, and advisory support to government partners.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, contribute to public-facing tools, and represent PPG at conferences.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience considered.
- Three or more years of related work experience in government operations, policy implementation, consulting, or innovation initiatives.
- Experience in problem diagnosis, project design/implementation, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with other technology tools.
