Job Summary
We are seeking an Associate - Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning to join our team. The Associate will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems and processes across the organization. The Associate will work closely with program teams to develop and implement MEL plans, collect and analyze data, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of MEL systems and processes across the organization
- Collaborate with program teams to develop and implement MEL plans
- Collect and analyze data to inform program decisions and evaluations
- Provide recommendations for improvement based on data analysis
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including program teams, MEL teams, and external partners
- Support the development of reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate MEL findings and recommendations
About the Role

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. international development, public policy, data science)
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant field (e.g. MEL, program management, data analysis)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, D3.js)
- Familiarity with MEL frameworks and methodologies (e.g. Logical Framework Approach, Results-Based Management)
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
