What you will drive
The Associate, Maternal and Newborn Health will support the development and implementation of programs and projects focused on maternal and newborn health. This role will work closely with the team to design and implement research studies, develop program materials, and provide technical assistance to partners. The Associate will also contribute to the development of reports, publications, and other materials. This is a full-time position based in New York, NY. The Associate will work closely with the team to achieve program goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maternal and newborn health, research, and program implementation. The Associate will be responsible for designing and implementing research studies, developing program materials, and providing technical assistance to partners. Profile
What makes you a great fit
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. public health, global health, epidemiology, etc.). 2+ years of experience in maternal and newborn health, research, or program implementation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Familiarity with research design and implementation. Experience with data analysis and interpretation. Familiarity with program management and implementation. Experience working with international partners and stakeholders.
