Associate Manager, Events

• Lead the development and execution of Equality Now's global events strategy, including the annual gala and strategic virtual/in-person engagements
• Manage event planning, design, and execution, serving as primary project manager for concept development, logistics, and coordination across teams
• Develop and oversee the annual events calendar to maximize donor engagement, visibility, and strategic influence
• Oversee all event logistics, budgets, vendor coordination, and performance assessment

This role strengthens donor/ally relationships, elevates the organization's brand, and positions Equality Now as a leader in the global women's rights movement through strategic events that advance gender equality.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in event planning, production, donor engagement events, or nonprofit advancement
• Demonstrated understanding of event strategy, production, and execution across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats
• Proficiency with project management systems, collaboration tools, and experience with CRM/fundraising databases (Raiser's Edge/NXT preferred)
