Associate

Core responsibilities of the Associate role:

• Scope positions with clients through initial site visits to gather essential information about roles, organizational challenges, and client ambitions
• Develop deep and diverse candidate pools through exhaustive research and persuasive communications with sources and potential candidates
• Evaluate potential candidates through assessment of credentials, credibility, and organizational fit via phone interviews and other methods
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates through courteous correspondence and ongoing engagement throughout searches

Required qualifications and characteristics:

• Bachelor's degree and 2-6 years of progressively responsible professional experience
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills with maturity and discretion in maintaining confidential relationships
• Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines
• Collegial and collaborative nature with intellectual curiosity and commitment to continuous learning

Compensation and benefits include:

• Salary range of $80,000-$100,000 (starting at $80,000)
