What you will drive
Core responsibilities of the Associate role:
- Scope positions with clients through initial site visits to gather essential information about roles, organizational challenges, and client ambitions
- Develop deep and diverse candidate pools through exhaustive research and persuasive communications with sources and potential candidates
- Evaluate potential candidates through assessment of credentials, credibility, and organizational fit via phone interviews and other methods
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates through courteous correspondence and ongoing engagement throughout searches
