About the Role

Responsibilities

• Create digital assets and oversee data quality practices in eCRM systems including Luminate Online, OneCause, SquadUp, and Raiser's Edge NXT
• Generate donation forms, events, and surveys using HTML or low-code interfaces, and code HTML emails as needed
• Maintain data hygiene through source code appending, duplicate record management, and data gap resolution
• Lead and support project implementations both internal and external to the department

This role supports Share Our Strength's No Kid Hungry campaign to end childhood hunger in America by ensuring all children get the healthy food they need through effective digital fundraising and data management.

Required qualifications:

• 2-4 years of work experience in an office environment or nonprofit setting
• 2-4 years' experience with Blackbaud Luminate/NXT or other eCRM database
• Highly organized with ability to handle multiple projects in deadline-driven environment
• Strong computer skills in MS Office suite and excellent problem-solving abilities
