What you will drive
Core responsibilities include:
- Drive solar projects forward, unblock bottlenecks, improve delivery systems, and ensure outcomes across Wunder's national portfolio
- Collaborate with execution and technology teams to leverage Wunder's proprietary software platform to accelerate project delivery and encode learnings
- Focus on exceeding customer expectations with clear communication, ahead-of-schedule deliverables, thoughtful project plans, and seamless execution
- Anticipate and mitigate risks that could impact timeline or cost while identifying patterns and operational insights across the portfolio

Required qualifications and skills:
- 5-7+ years of managing complex projects, teams, and cross-functional initiatives with proven track record of meeting critical business goals
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to adapt style to stakeholder needs from external partner management to internal executive presentations
- Detail-oriented and organized with "zero defect" approach to problem solving and deliverables
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, create organization from chaos, and maintain growth mindset

- Salary range: $140,000 - $200,000 per year plus equity in stock options
