About the Role
The Associate Director - Transmission will lead work procurement efforts through identification and pursuit of renewable power generation projects and client opportunities, with assigned quarterly and/or annual revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead work procurement efforts through identification and pursuit of renewable power generation projects and client opportunities, with assigned quarterly and/or annual revenue goals
- Manage moderate to complex geotechnical engineering projects and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded by providing exceptional team leadership and technical guidance
- Develop and maintain internal and external client relationships, including project and non-project related face-to-face meetings
- Build and manage a high-performing team and provide guidance, mentorship, and direction through regular in-person and remote interactions

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BS) in geotechnical, civil, or related engineering required
- Texas Professional Engineer registration/license (candidate will be required to obtain licensure in multiple other states)
- 5 or more years of transmission/power infrastructure geotechnical engineering experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical abilities and high attention to detail
