Mission

What you will drive

  • Support Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud adoption, data quality, and reporting for the Corporate Partnerships team.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to enable forecasting, pipeline management, and performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate training initiatives and create user guides to improve CRM adoption and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with business process improvement and data audits across multiple departments.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3+ years professional experience with Salesforce (reports and dashboards) and business/sales/program operations.
  • Experience facilitating training, developing documentation, or supporting change management.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and excellent verbal/written communication.
  • Collaborative problem solver with attention to detail and data quality.
