Associate Director, OutcomesAI

Core responsibilities:

• Serve as project lead to deliver 1:1, 1:some, and cohort-style engagements, ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and high quality
• Manage engagement aspects including creating project plans, defining work streams, executing analyses, delegating responsibilities, and providing actionable feedback
• Facilitate meetings, cohorts, and communities of practice, incorporating best practices to strengthen the OAI program
• Generate new leads and secure resources aligned to revenue goals, supporting grant proposals and business development
• Attract, develop, coach, supervise, and retain high-performance team members, embodying organizational values

This role supports Project Evident's work to increase the number of effective solutions in social and education sectors by empowering practitioners with data, evidence, and technology, ultimately producing stronger, more meaningful, and more equitable outcomes for students and communities.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) with 8+ years experience in nonprofit/education sectors
• Experience in consulting or technical assistance focused on technology adoption, leading teams, and delivering complex projects
• Strong foundational understanding of AI/ML principles and familiarity with AI/ML use cases in nonprofit/education settings
• Highly proficient in using general-purpose AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to optimize workflows and support analytical work
• Excellent communication skills, project management experience, and ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
