Associate Director of Operations- 3C Data Alliance

The 3C Associate Director of Operations is a new role responsible for the day-to-day management of the 3C Data Alliance. Working closely with the Associate Director of Technology, this role manages project timelines, finances, and communications while facilitating collaboration across eight national member organizations and the Steering Committee. Key priorities include coordinating the Steering Committee's work and gradually assuming day-to-day management of the project from them, and managing the recruitment and non-technical onboarding of 15 new CYD organizations over the next three years. Both Associate Directors report to the Co-Executive Director of DreamYard, the lead partner and fiscal sponsor of the project.
