What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Define the long-term vision for EPE's Distribution Planning practice and advance capabilities in advanced and integrated system planning strategy and implementation.
- Lead the development and enhancement of core and emerging services such as DER integration, hosting capacity analysis, non-wires solutions, and scenario-based planning.
- Manage, mentor, and develop an engineering team while overseeing operational performance including financial management, resource planning, and project execution.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, build strong relationships, and collaborate with business development teams on proposals and client diversification initiatives.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field with 7+ years of experience in Power Systems Planning focusing on Distribution and DER Planning.
- 5+ years of leadership experience guiding teams toward strategic objectives and managing engineering teams and complex projects.
- Robust technical knowledge of DER integration, distribution system planning, hosting capacity analysis, and load/DER interconnection studies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational growth.
