Associate Director of Development - West Coast Region

• Identify, manage, and develop strategic relationships with existing and new donors within the West Coast Region to elevate giving levels.
• Create and implement cultivation and solicitation plans for Annual Giving donors using multiple touch points.
• Collaborate with volunteer leadership and philanthropy colleagues on key initiatives and events.
• Manage a portfolio of 150-200 donors and prospects, maintaining records in Salesforce.

This role directly supports Hadassah's mission by securing vital funding for healthcare, education, and social services in Israel, enabling life-saving medical care and community programs.

• Bachelor's degree plus up to 5 years of development or fundraising experience.
• Experience working with volunteers and partnering for donor cultivations and solicitations.
• Database and computer literacy, with specific knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication, time management, and organizational skills; comfort with public speaking.
