Associate Director of Development - West Coast Region

• Identify, manage, and develop strategic relationships with existing and new donors to elevate giving levels.
• Create and implement cultivation and solicitation plans for Annual Giving donors using multiple touch points.
• Collaborate with volunteer leadership and philanthropy colleagues on key initiatives and events.
• Manage a portfolio of 150-200 donors and prospects, maintaining records in Salesforce.

This role directly supports Hadassah's mission by securing vital funding for healthcare, education, and social services in Israel, enabling the organization to continue its life-saving and community-building work.

• Bachelor's degree plus up to 5 years of development or fundraising experience.
• Experience working with volunteers for donor cultivation and solicitation.
• Database and computer literacy; Salesforce knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; excellent communication and organizational skills.
