Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Co-coordinate technical assistance and training on Medicare, Medicaid, MSPs, and other key programs impacting low-income older adults
- Develop and disseminate training materials, resource guides, and technical documentation on Medicare Savings Programs, dual-eligibility, and policy changes
- Participate in the development of an integrated care management online tool and oversee piloting and implementation across the network
- Track and analyze federal policy developments, including CMS rulemaking and Medicaid waivers, and communicate implications to stakeholders

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; master's or professional degree preferred (e.g., MPP, MPA, MPH, or JD with health focus)
- 5-7 years of relevant experience with strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Savings Programs, MIPPA, ACL programs
- Strong familiarity with Medicaid eligibility and coverage rules for older adults and individuals with disabilities
- Exceptional verbal, written, and online communication and facilitation skills
