Associate Director ICT

Core responsibilities include:

• Communication Room design
• ITC cabinet design
• Structured cabling design
• Telecoms planning
• Wireless networks
• LAN switch networks
• Connected Real Estate

Additionally, designs will need to support and interface with other third-party Internet Protocol (IP) based technologies, including security systems (CCTV and Access Control), AV and Multimedia (IPTV, digital signage, room booking systems, and Intelligent building components), and Common Network Systems (CNS) integrating with third-party MEP services like Lighting Control, BMS, and other building-related systems.

During the construction phase, responsibilities include undertaking client design team meetings, site inspections, test result analysis, and witness testing.

This role delivers ICT design and advisory services that complement and enhance the work of Mechanical and Electrical engineering teams, contributing to the development of various sectors including office fit-outs, mixed-use developments, industrial projects, and public-sector/government organizations.

Required skills and experience:

• Strong understanding of client business practices and objectives to analyze requirements and develop tailored solutions
• Broad technical expertise with a recognized area of specialism
• Ability to work under general direction, develop work plans, define tasks, and deliver high-quality technical outputs
• Experience in ICT design and advisory services complementing Mechanical and Electrical engineering teams
