What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead strategic transactions and partnering strategies for Pioneering Medicines and companies across the Flagship ecosystem
- Conduct diligence, financial analysis, and develop partnership frameworks for new deals
- Drive external engagement with pharmaceutical partners and establish strong relationships
- Coordinate internal Partnering meetings and implement best practices for partnership operations

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or related field; advanced scientific degree preferred; MBA a plus
- 5+ years experience in business development, partnership management, or alliance management within pharma/biotech
- Experience with sell-side partnering and transaction processes
- Strong analytical, financial, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
