Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Department's liaison to the agency's advocacy calendar and project manager for major AJC advocacy campaigns, coordinating with stakeholders across media relations, web, email, social media, and content teams.
  • Oversee digital advocacy strategy, including proposing action alerts and petitions, building them in AJC's digital advocacy platform, and managing campaign goals and metrics.
  • Oversee all of AJC's survey operations in the U.S. and abroad, project managing survey releases and communication components like the State of Antisemitism in America Report.
  • Coordinate Marketing and Communications logistics for AJC's Global Forum, including run-of-show planning, team coordination, speaker collaborations, and post-event debriefs.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum of 7 years of related work experience in communications, including at least 1-2 years of social media experience.
  • Strong organization and project management skills, ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening) with ability to write clearly, persuasively, and concisely, plus editing and proofreading proficiency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, and understanding of online communications technologies; graphic design and video editing experience preferred.
