Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Data Management to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the clinical data management function, ensuring the quality and integrity of clinical data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical data management function, including data management planning, data collection, data cleaning, and data analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, biostatistics, and medical writing, to ensure the quality and integrity of clinical data
• Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
• Provide training and support to clinical trial teams on data management best practices and company standards
• Collaborate with data management vendors to ensure the quality and integrity of data
• Develop and maintain data management processes and procedures
• Ensure data management activities are aligned with company goals and objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in clinical data management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of clinical data management principles and practices
• Experience with data management software, including electronic data capture (EDC) systems and clinical data management systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a life science or related field
• Experience with data management vendors and outsourcing
• Certification in clinical data management (e.g., CDMP)
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
