Associate Consultant - 2612

Core responsibilities:

• Drive customer success by helping customers maximize the value of Minerals products they have purchased
• Partner with customers to manage their mineral portfolio, primarily focusing on MineralSoft with potential work on other products like EnergyLink, MiQ, Prism, or DrillingInfo
• Review existing business processes and metrics with customers, making process improvement recommendations based on established best practices
• Conduct product training for customers related to the processes being reviewed

This role helps provide communities around the world with clean, affordable energy by empowering customers to make better decisions through analytics and insights, contributing to a brighter, more sustainable tomorrow.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience
• 2+ years related experience in designing and implementing business processes
• Strong understanding of mineral management business processes from the perspective of mineral owners/investors
• Excellent organizational, time management, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Basic abilities in data analysis with the ability to understand trends and identify anomalies
