Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Assist with feasibility analysis and underwriting, including reviewing real estate due diligence and identifying risks
- Manage transaction checklists for underwriting and closing processes and coordinate closing process with external counsel and consultants
- Support the screening of new NMTC opportunities and maintain and report on a pipeline of potential investments
- Assist in the preparation of CSH's annual NMTC application to the CDFI Fund and support drafting of key impact reporting documents

This role expands housing and services for highly impacted populations by using New Markets Tax Credits to invest in real estate projects that provide healthcare and supportive services to extremely low-income community members with chronic health challenges, including on-site supportive housing or connections to supportive housing.

Required qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate development, finance, and/or non-profit lending is preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred (not required) - experience may substitute for education
- Success in project management and demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments to successful completion
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills with ability to present to diverse stakeholders
