Associate, CLO Structuring & Advisory | Redding Ridge Asset Management

Core responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior structurers and other stakeholders to assist in all stages of deal structuring and execution
• Investor model development through Intex Dealmaker and Excel, including replicating rating agency stress scenarios
• Formulate and articulate recommendations for issuance and equity deployment
• Work closely with the Portfolio Management team to monitor existing deals, identify and proactively address constraints
• Communicate with legal counsel and rating agencies to ensure timely and smooth ratings process
• Maintain a deal pipeline for internal and external communication

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of CLO structuring experience
• Proficient in Intex (dealmaker and calc) and Excel, VBA a plus
• Fluency with all "Big 3" CLO rating agency methodologies and models
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex information clearly
• Highly organized with strong time management; capable of handling multiple projects in parallel and on tight deadlines
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn from feedback
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, mathematics or a related field with a record of academic achievement
