Associate, Client Success

• Learn complex clean transportation and solar renewable energy certification rules and procedures.
• Process incoming renewable energy project applications accurately and timely.
• Provide prompt and excellent daily client services via telephone and email.
• Assist in new client onboarding and facilitate client understanding of online accounts.

This role supports the global energy transition by enabling clients to participate in renewable energy markets, thereby accelerating the adoption of clean energy and reducing carbon emissions.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
