Associate, Client Services

Core responsibilities:

• Support new client onboarding and ongoing client services for 100+ fiscally sponsored projects
• Collaborate with Finance and Contracts teams to process accounts payable and other project requests daily
• Maintain/update Salesforce CRM records for clients/fiscally sponsored projects, adding notes where needed
• Generate and send monthly reports to all projects by the 5th of each month for prior month's activity

This role supports organizations working in ecosystem and societal regeneration, social transformation, and environmental/social justice impact areas by providing fiscal sponsorship services that enable these groups to focus on their mission-driven work.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Excellent writing skills with sensitivity to tone, language, and attention to detail in mechanics, style, and editing
• Experience working in nonprofits, especially with fiscal sponsorship (highly preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, donor platforms (Zeffy, GiveButter, Stripe), and general Adobe knowledge
• Ability to work cooperatively with others, value different contributions, and build excellent relationships
