What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Serve as a customer contact for Workiva Managed Services, handling activities from onboarding to support and project delivery
- Identify how Workiva features meet customer needs in project engagements while managing document requests and product inquiries
- Provide accurate, timely delivery of customer requests and deliver exceptional customer service experiences
- Train customers on using the Workiva platform and gather feedback for internal stakeholders

Required qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
- 1+ years of related experience in Customer Service, Account Management, or Project Management
- Proven professionalism in verbal and written communication with ability to influence others
- Strong organizational skills to meet timelines, manage multiple processes, and work under pressure
