Associate Client Relationship Manager - Availability required: Monday - Friday 4PM -1AM Central Time

Core responsibilities:

• Serve as a customer contact for Workiva Managed Services, handling activities from onboarding to support and project delivery
• Identify how Workiva features meet customer needs in project engagements while managing document requests and product inquiries
• Provide accurate, timely delivery of customer requests and deliver exceptional customer service experiences
• Train customers on using the Workiva platform and gather feedback for internal stakeholders

This role helps organizations navigate uncertainty, maintain trust, and make decisions that stand up to scrutiny by providing confidence, control, and competitive edge through Workiva's platform.

Required qualifications:

• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
• 1+ years of related experience in Customer Service, Account Management, or Project Management
• Proven professionalism in verbal and written communication with ability to influence others
• Strong organizational skills to meet timelines, manage multiple processes, and work under pressure

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary range in the US: $47,000.00 - $76,000.00
• A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
• Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
