What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Serve as a customer contact for Workiva Managed Services, handling activities from onboarding to support and project delivery
  • Identify how Workiva features meet customer needs in project engagements while managing document requests and product inquiries
  • Provide accurate, timely delivery of customer requests and deliver exceptional customer service experiences
  • Train customers on using the Workiva platform and gather feedback for internal stakeholders

Required qualifications:

  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
  • 1+ years of related experience in Customer Service, Account Management, or Project Management
  • Proven professionalism in verbal and written communication with ability to influence others
  • Strong organizational skills to meet timelines, manage multiple processes, and work under pressure
