Associate, Client Relationship Management

Core responsibilities of the Associate, Client Relationship Management role:

• Work closely with senior CRMs to support all aspects of fund marketing activities, client prospect due diligence, and onboarding processes
• Research and implement client outreach plans, create targeted prospective investor lists for new fund strategies, and maintain Brookfield's internal CRM system (Salesforce)
• Coordinate and attend meetings with Fundraise Management, Due Diligence Management, and senior CRMs, preparing pre-meeting reports and materials
• Assist the GCG team with regional planning and reporting activities including coordinating roadshows, conferences, and investor meetings

This role contributes to the growth of Brookfield's Private Markets client base in Australia and supports the firm's position as a global leader in alternative investments, helping diverse investors worldwide meet their evolving needs.

Required qualifications, experience, and skills:

• Undergraduate degree in business or commerce with excellent academic background and 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial services, alternative investment management, or related fields
• Experience in analyzing and summarizing complex materials, working in fast-paced professional environments, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and creative problem-solving abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to anticipate client needs, multi-task in fast-paced environments, develop strong networks, and work with professionals across the organization
