Associate Account Manager - Sales (Heartland Area)

• Proactively maintain and retain relationships with existing commercial and industrial waste services customers through outbound and inbound calls.
• Increase customer penetration by selling the full suite of Republic Services products and performing contractual re-signs.
• Respond to cancellation requests and support pricing initiatives while documenting activities in Salesforce.

This role helps retain customers for waste and recycling services, supporting sustainable waste management and circularity efforts that reduce environmental impact.

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• 0-2 years of customer service experience required.
• Waste or transportation industry experience preferred.

Hourly pay range: $20.35 - $30.55 USD plus commission potential.
