Associate Account Manager

• Proactively maintain and retain relationships with existing commercial and industrial waste services customers through outbound and inbound calls.
• Increase customer penetration by selling the full suite of Republic Services products.
• Perform contractual re-signs and respond to cancellation requests to extend customer relationships.
• Utilize Salesforce to document all activities and meet weekly retention goals.

This role helps retain customers for waste and recycling services, supporting Republic Services' mission to create a more sustainable world through responsible waste management.

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• 0-2 years of customer service experience required.
• Waste or transportation industry experience preferred.
