Associate Account Manager

• Proactively maintain and retain relationships with existing customers for permanent commercial and industrial waste services in an assigned territory
• Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to retain business with smaller, less complex commercial and industrial customers
• Increase penetration in existing customer base by selling the full suite of Republic Services products
• Perform contractual re-signs on existing customers to extend relationships and increase profitability where appropriate

This role supports Republic Services' mission to create a more sustainable world by helping customers manage their waste streams effectively, advancing circularity through recycling initiatives, and supporting decarbonization efforts through landfill gas-to-energy projects.

• High school diploma or G.E.D. (Required)
• 0-2 years of customer service experience (Required)
• Waste or transportation industry experience (Preferred)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)
• Reside in TX (Preferred)
