Associate Account Manager - Remote

• Proactively maintain and retain relationships with existing customers for permanent commercial and industrial waste services in an assigned territory
• Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to retain business with Republic Services' smaller, less complex commercial and industrial customers
• Increase penetration in existing customer base by selling the full suite of Republic Services products
• Perform contractual re-signs on existing customers to extend customer relationships and increase profitability where appropriate

• High school diploma or G.E.D. (Required)
• 0-2 years of customer service experience (Required)
• Waste or transportation industry experience (Preferred)
• Ability to develop and maintain thorough knowledge of company services, pricing structures, and business lines
