What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers to generate quality leads and close sales for Republic Services products
- Work with Account Executive teams to facilitate and resource targeted lead lists and coordinate team huddles
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track leads, opportunities, customer records, and maintain accurate sales forecasting
- Manage sales activities including prospecting, list-building, and closing self-prospected opportunities to contribute to team and company goals

Required skills and qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles with proven ability to identify and address customer needs
- Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational, and time-management skills with strong presentation abilities
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM platform and various computer applications
- Resourceful problem-solving capabilities with ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
