Mission

What you will drive

  • Support daily workflows by collecting and assessing data from calls, emails, reports, and desktop research.
  • Track contract progress, monitor expenditures, and ensure commitments are met within reasonable timeframes.
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain records, and facilitate information flow between clients and the S&A team.
  • Contribute to the development of materials and assist with scope/proposal drafting.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3โ€“5 years of in-person and remote work experience; independent contracting experience preferred.
  • Deep experience with project management, program coordination, and/or logistics planning.
  • General familiarity with environmental and climate issues combined with experience working across sectors.
  • Highly organized, self-disciplined, and able to manage multiple deadlines and systems simultaneously.
