What you will drive
Core Responsibilities
- Assist with delivering conservation impact through the creation, restoration and sustainable management of native wooded habitats on land outside the Trust's own estate.
- Provide advice to landowners and land managers, particularly farmers, to increase native tree cover through creation of new woodland and agroforestry.
- Assist with project management and administration, including coordination of tree orders and liaison with contractors and consultants.
- Liaise with and manage relationships with key contractors, consultants and partners, and with other teams across the Woodland Trust.

Required skills and experience:
- Experience working in the land management sector with good understanding of land management issues and passion for conservation
- Results driven with ability to collaborate and work well in a team
- Good knowledge of land management practices and ability to understand and engage with landowners from various backgrounds
- Proactive 'can-do' attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to build effective partnerships internally and externally
- Full driving licence required
