What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations, overseeing staff performance, compliance, and quality standards within the Servicing Department
- Manage frontline agents and Senior SMEs, ensuring SLA adherence and handling escalations for complex or high-risk cases in Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Mortgage and Probate
- Partner with department leadership to drive process improvements, maintain regulatory compliance, and support team development
- Analyze team performance, identify inefficiencies, and drive process or policy improvements

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- 2-5 years experience in Recovery management including bankruptcy, foreclosure and probate
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with ability to mentor, develop, and evaluate team members
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly in escalated or high-risk scenarios
- Proficiency with servicing systems, credit bureau platforms (e.g., E-Oscar, DCM), and productivity tools (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)
- In-depth understanding of servicing operations, including bankruptcy, foreclosure, probate, and regulatory compliance
