Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Support the program team and Berlin-based Director as a sovereign organizational interface and ensure long-term continuity of processes at the Berlin location, especially in planning, organizing, and implementing high-level events and coordinating appointments
  • Be part of the project "Building Resilience and Security in Europe" with team members in Berlin and Gรผtersloh, supporting the entire range of the project team's work organizationally, e.g., publication of publications, preparation of presentations, organization of events, and travel planning
  • Work closely with colleagues in staff departments to ensure smooth implementation of project work
  • Support the introduction of new tools in the team, such as the rollout of AI applications

Required qualifications:

  • Organizational talent with an eye for detail and a forward-looking way of working
  • Completed, subject-specific vocational training and appropriate, solidified professional experience
  • Secure handling of M365 (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Planner) and other programs (e.g., CRM systems and Typo3)
  • Excellent German and very good English skills in spoken and written form
  • Openness to working with AI, strong teamwork skills, and enjoyment working with diverse colleagues
  • Enthusiasm for collaborative work on (European) political projects, even without prior experience in the content area
