Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Support the program team and Berlin-based Director as an organizational interface, ensuring long-term continuity of processes at the Berlin location, especially in planning, organizing, and executing high-level events and coordinating appointments.
  • Participate in the project "Building Resilience and Security in Europe" with team members in Berlin and Gรผtersloh, supporting the full range of the project team's organizational work, such as publishing publications, preparing presentations, organizing events, and planning travel.
  • Work closely with colleagues in staff departments to ensure smooth implementation of project work.
  • Support the introduction of new tools in the team, such as the rollout of AI applications.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Organizational talent with attention to detail and a forward-thinking work approach.
  • Completed relevant vocational training and appropriate, solid professional experience for the position.
  • Proficient use of M365 (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Planner) and other programs (e.g., CRM systems and Typo3).
  • Excellent German and very good English skills in spoken and written form.
  • Openness to working with AI, strong teamwork skills, and enjoyment in working with diverse colleagues.
  • Enthusiasm for collaborative work on (European) political projects, even without prior experience in the content area.
