Mission
What you will drive
- Provide legal representation, advice, and counsel to the Power Supply team on energy procurement, power purchase agreements, asset management, and energy transactions.
- Advise on market operations, regulatory compliance, and asset ownership, including CAISO tariffs and rules.
- Review, draft, and assist with compliance reporting and communications with regulatory agencies.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in energy, regulatory, public agency, administrative law, or policy, with at least 5 years of legal experience.
- Expertise in energy sector contracting (EEI, WSPP) and working knowledge of CAISO.
- Excellent written, speaking, and presentation skills with ability to explain complex technical matters.
