Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director in managing IT functions, systems operations, and delivery of IT services to end-users
  • Install, maintain, and support computer systems and communication networks for 800+ users
  • Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to staff while managing operational activities to achieve department goals
  • Direct IT support services including Help Desk, Server and Network Administration, and website updates

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 5+ years progressive IT experience with 1-3+ years in lead/supervisory capacity
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender, and PowerShell automation
  • Website development skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress administration
  • Strong project management skills with experience in modern PM tooling

Position is full-time, exempt, with business hours 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (eastern time zone)
