Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in managing IT functions, systems operations, and delivery of IT services to end-users
- Install, maintain, and support computer systems and communication networks for 800+ users
- Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to staff while managing operational activities to achieve department goals
- Direct IT support services including Help Desk, Server and Network Administration, and website updates

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years progressive IT experience with 1-3+ years in lead/supervisory capacity
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender, and PowerShell automation
- Website development skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress administration
- Strong project management skills with experience in modern PM tooling
