Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage Impact Florida's editorial calendar across email, social media, website content, webinars, reports, and program communications.
  • Draft and adapt content for various channels including email, social media, website updates, blog posts, event promotion, one-pagers, and reports.
  • Coordinate communications projects using Asana, manage timelines, review processes, and track deadlines across multiple workstreams.
  • Support communications planning and execution for programs, including webinar logistics, analytics, and workflow improvements.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5-7 years of professional experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or related field; nonprofit experience preferred.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience writing for busy decision makers and professional audiences.
  • Experience managing communications projects, editorial calendars, and multiple workstreams; proficiency with Asana and HubSpot preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities, and fluency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
