Mission
What you will drive
- Establish strategic direction and oversee overall program operations for environmental services.
- Lead, plan, organize, and manage environmental programs and initiatives, including developing scopes of work, budgets, and procurement processes.
- Supervise Regional Managers and staff, ensuring quality technical support, compliance with contract requirements, and timely completion of deliverables.
- Assist with fundraising, pursue new funding opportunities, and represent RCAC to funders, partners, and stakeholders.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Ten to twelve years of applicable experience in project and contract management, environmental policy management, personnel management, or water/wastewater/solid waste facilities development, operations, or planning.
- Deep understanding of rural and tribal community cultures, values, and social norms; expertise in government and philanthropic programs related to water and wastewater services for rural and Indigenous communities.
- Proficient in project management processes, budgeting, grant management, and Microsoft Office Suite; skilled in facilitation, mediation, and staff supervision.
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance; must pass a criminal background investigation.
