Assistant Controller

• Drive a comprehensive transformation of the accounting function through automation, reshaping processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and speed of financial reporting.
• Oversee all aspects of global accounting, from financial management to internal controls, driving continuous improvement.
• Spearhead initiatives to boost operational efficiency, focusing on workflow design and process optimization.
• Develop and empower the accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.

By optimizing accounting processes and ensuring financial accuracy, this role supports PVcase's mission to accelerate the global transition to clean energy through efficient solar project development software.

• 7+ years of experience in accounting and/or audit with a strong passion for process improvement.
• 2+ years of experience with NetSuite or other Oracle ERP products.
• Strong understanding of finance business processes including GL/AR/AP, fixed assets, consolidation, period close, and IFRS.
• Experience in an international environment and prior experience in SaaS.
