Assistant Controller

• Oversee full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and adjustments
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes in alignment with corporate timelines
• Provide financial reporting and analysis support to the Corporate Accounting team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance

This role supports the financial operations of a company that provides innovative controlled environment agriculture solutions, helping to drive efficiency and productivity in essential food production.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of accounting experience
• Strong experience with month-end close and financial reporting processes required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with QuickBooks and/or Microsoft Great Plains preferred
