What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports, maintaining financial records, and supporting budget tracking and reporting processes
  • Manage and organize digital and physical filing systems, assist with mail processing, and support vendor communication and contract tracking
  • Input and verify financial and operational data, create and maintain spreadsheets and tracking documents, and assist in generating reports for stakeholders
  • Coordinate communication between departments, assist in preparing presentations and documentation, and support video and phone conferencing logistics

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in business administration with a minimum of 1 year of experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to make informed decisions and track results, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and sound judgment
  • Familiarity with Bill.com and Sage Intacct or comparable accounting systems

Benefits

What's in it for you

Salary range: $61,000-$65,000 per year DOE. Health benefits include Medical, Vision, and Dental. Other benefits: 403(b) retirement plan, 15 paid vacation days, paid sick leave, 12 paid holidays and more.
