Asset Management – Commercial Analyst

• Support commercial performance analysis and reporting for assigned datacenter infrastructure assets, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Maintain trackers for commercial obligations, performance metrics, compliance deadlines, and key contractual terms across various agreements.
• Coordinate deliverables across Development, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and other internal stakeholders to support cross-functional execution.
• Build foundational knowledge of project financial models, support forecasting, budgeting, invoice tracking, and variance analysis.

This role helps ensure Intersect's datacenter infrastructure projects remain commercially aligned and operationally prepared, enabling reliable clean energy and data center capacity to come online faster, contributing to the preservation of the planet for future generations.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, Energy Management, or related discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in commercial analysis, finance, analytics, infrastructure, energy markets, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to interpret financial models and performance data.
• Experience maintaining structured documentation, trackers, and repeatable business processes; clear communication skills.
