Core responsibilities:

• Prospect, qualify, and engage food sector companies, especially animal producers, to negotiate and monitor animal welfare commitments
• Conduct direct contact with strategic contacts in food sector companies, leading approaches and meetings focused on negotiating and implementing animal welfare commitments
• Support stakeholder mapping to identify relevant stakeholders for corporate animal welfare work, mapping potential challenges and opportunities
• Represent Alianima at technical events, fairs, and meetings related to livestock and animal welfare

This role creates positive change by negotiating and monitoring animal welfare commitments with food companies, aiming to positively impact the largest possible number of animals in industrial confinement.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships, ideally in a consultative or technical-commercial context
• Ability to work independently with good time management and organization, managing multiple negotiations and working within team-defined deadlines/schedules
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport and communicate with a wide range of audiences
• Proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills
• Desirable: Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science or related areas; Prior knowledge of the agricultural and/or food industry
• Bonus: Good skills with Google Workspace, CRM and task/project management tools; Advanced English

Compensation and conditions:

• Salary: R$4,000 to R$4,500 monthly (annual equivalent: R$48,000 to R$54,000)
