Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Implement Generation Mexico's design and content strategy, ensuring production, management, and consistency of creative materials across digital and institutional media, aligned with brand guidelines, youth attraction objectives, and social impact program positioning.
- Design and coordinate content strategy including monthly editorial grids, social media graphics, website materials, email templates, blogs, and graphic adaptations for various formats.
- Participate in planning and executing digital campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) in collaboration with creative and operational agencies.
- Design and adapt graphic materials for institutional events and forums, coordinate planning, management, and printing of physical materials.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Communication, Branding, Marketing or related fields.
- 1-3 years experience in similar roles, preferably in NGOs, education, training, creative agencies, or impact projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or others), video editing (Premiere, Canva, CapCut), and mailing campaign managers (Mailchimp, Clientify, Insider or others).
- Fluent Spanish writing and intermediate English (reading, writing, conversational communication).
