Core responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on the latest AI technologies and trends, investigating new ways to apply AI to enhance employee productivity and efficiency.
- Use company data to effectively train AI models, involving understanding datasets, preparing them for training, and utilizing AI tools to create models that add value to business processes.
- Work closely with domain experts to capture requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions, curating and structuring technical content for effective retrieval by AI models.
- Monitor AI performance and iterate on models, prompts, and workflows for better accuracy and usability, staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.
- 1-2 years working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) preferred.
- Advanced skills and experience working with AI models in Copilot Studio, Power Platform and other low-code AI automation platforms and tools.
- Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills, with ability to work independently and complete multiple tasks effectively.
