Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and execute a channel sales strategy for Medium and Low Voltage products.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across utilities, OEMs, and construction sectors.
- Lead customer visits, presentations, and technical discussions to strengthen market presence.
- Drive demand creation by engaging consultants, specifiers, and engineering firms.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams.
- Oversee contract negotiations, forecasting, and project follow-up activities.
- Maintain expert knowledge of MV/LV technologies and market trends.
- Collaborate across marketing, engineering, operations, and channel partners to deliver results.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of sales or business development experience in MV/LV, T&D, industrial, construction, or utility environments.
- Strong understanding of electrical distribution, power systems, and substation equipment.
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel 30%โ50% within the Mid-Atlantic region.
