Mission

What you will drive

  • Develop and execute a business/sales plan to exceed the assigned sales and revenue targets
  • Create and implement strategies to exceed sales objectives for the territory covering Atlantic and Central Canada Regions, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan
  • Manage day-to-day sales activities, distributor/channel partner relationships, and provide sales support to distributors and end users
  • Communicate market trends, product ideas, and competitive intelligence to sales and product management

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5-7 years of Business-to-Business Sales Leadership experience with a track record of achieving sales objectives
  • Strong background in direct sales to industrial end users required
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or business diploma and relevant work experience
  • Bilingualism in English and French language skills (reading, writing, oral); conversational French at a minimum
