Area Sales Manager, Canada

Core responsibilities:

• Drive adoption of Aeroseal's AeroBarrier Envelope Sealing and Aeroseal Duct Sealing at residential new construction builders
• Build and maintain relationships with builders and energy advisors using sales and marketing skills to promote Aeroseal products
• Understand and apply the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing
• Gather and analyze market information to inform sales strategies and product offerings

This role contributes to reducing the world's carbon emissions by 1 gigaton annually through promoting energy-efficient building technologies that reduce energy consumption and improve indoor air quality.

Required qualifications:

• Strong sales mentality, understanding of the sales process, and ability to influence stakeholders
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of an organization
• Familiarity with building materials and construction processes
• College degree preferred (sales, marketing, business) with 7+ years sales experience a plus

Compensation and benefits:

• Base salary range: $70,000 to $80,000 CAD with separate commission plan for variable pay
